Centralise SLA management — define once, apply across multiple projects. Traffic-light status, pause & resume, business-hours calendars, and automated warning reminders, all from one place.
Green, amber, red states show SLA health at a glance across every issue and project.
H24 or business-hours calendars, so nights and weekends don't burn the SLA clock.
Freeze the SLA clock while waiting on a client, then resume — the deadline is never reset.
A private reminder note is posted automatically when an issue approaches its SLA deadline.
Define centralized SLA profiles reusable across projects, with different rules per tracker and priority. Change a target once and it applies everywhere — no per-project drift or copied rules that fall out of sync.
Each SLA leg (Taking Charge and Closure) shows two signals: a fill state and a colour. Green means within SLA, amber warns when less than 20% of time remains, red means overdue, grey means paused. A full role-based visibility model means customer roles see nothing.
An SLA Status box appears automatically on the Project Overview page for any user with View SLA permission. It shows a per-profile breakdown of open issues: how many are within SLA, approaching the deadline (amber), and out of SLA (red). Closed and paused issues are excluded from the counts.
When an issue crosses into the warning zone (less than 20% of SLA time remaining), the plugin automatically posts a private note to alert the assignee before the deadline is breached. Reminders run from a rake task on the server — a cron entry every 15 minutes keeps them firing.
