Schedule Boost
Display issues from a Redmine query as a schedule with flexible, time-based formatting — rendered live inside your wiki with a single macro. Zero configuration to start.
Time-based schedules
Turn any saved query into a schedule grouped by year, semester, quarter or month.
Multiple formats
Render as grid, list or table — whichever fits the page.
Parent-child hierarchy
Nested issues render with their hierarchy intact, grouped how you choose.
Zero configuration
Drop in a macro with a query ID and it just works — options are optional.
Saved queries, rendered as schedules
One macro, many views
Schedule Boost displays issues from a Redmine query as a schedule with flexible time-based formatting. Point it at a saved query by ID or URL, choose a format and period, and it renders inline in your wiki — with automatic column detection from the query.
- Grid, list or table formats
- Group by year, semester, quarter or month
- Automatic column detection from the saved query
# basic {{schedule_boost(15)}} # grid, grouped by parent {{schedule_boost(15, format=grid, year=2025, group_by=parent)}}
Flexible grouping & filtering
Group issues by parent, status, tracker, assignee or priority. Filter by year and by single months or month ranges (1–3). Order by date, priority, status or id, and choose whether to show child issues — all through simple macro options.
Centralised project handling
Schedule Boost resolves scope using Redmine's Query API with a clear priority: an explicit project parameter wins, then the saved query's own project scope, then the current wiki page's project. Show issues from one project, several, or all — right from the macro.
- project=all or project=1-2-3 for explicit scope
- Falls back to the saved query's project filter
- Then to the current wiki page's project
